Common questions
What is IDML and what apps can open it?
IDML is an open layout format. Affinity Publisher 2: File → Open the .idml (first time: right-click the pasteboard, set color to white, disable "Clip to Canvas"). Adobe InDesign: File → Open works directly.
What if some files can't be converted?
We deliver what succeeds, and any file we can't convert is refunded automatically within 24 hours of processing starting.
How long does conversion take?
Most files convert in 1-2 minutes. Jobs are processed one at a time, so if the queue is busy your job may wait before conversion starts.
Are my files secure?
Files are uploaded directly to encrypted cloud storage and auto-deleted 48 hours after your job completes.
