Common questions
What is IDML and what apps can open it?
IDML is an open layout format. Affinity Publisher 2: File → Open the .idml (first time: right-click the pasteboard, set color to white, disable "Clip to Canvas"). Adobe InDesign: File → Open works directly.
What if some files can't be converted?
We deliver what succeeds and issue a partial refund for any that fail.
How long does conversion take?
Jobs process one at a time. Most 50-file jobs complete in 1–2 hours.
Are my files secure?
Files are uploaded directly to encrypted cloud storage and auto-deleted 48 hours after your job completes.
