What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your email address (for sending your download link and order status)
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
• The .pub files you upload, stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2

How we use your files

Your .pub files are used solely to perform the conversion you requested. We do not read, inspect, copy, or analyze the contents of your documents for any other purpose.

• Input files (.pub): deleted within 24 hours of upload
• Output files (PDF + IDML): deleted 48 hours after your job completes

We do not sell, share, or transfer your files or email address to third parties, except as necessary to operate the service (Stripe for payment, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for storage).

File storage

Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest and in transit). Files are accessed only by our automated conversion system and are not accessible to the public. All file transfers use HTTPS.

Analytics

We may use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized page view data (no personally identifiable information, no cross-site tracking). We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies necessary to operate the site (session management). We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@publisherconversion.com. Because files are automatically deleted on short schedules, most data is already gone within 48 hours of your job completing.
