What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

  • Your email address (for sending your download link and order status)
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
  • The .pub files you upload, stored temporarily in encrypted cloud storage

How we use your files

Your .pub files are used solely to perform the conversion you requested. We do not read, inspect, copy, or analyze the contents of your documents for any other purpose.

  • Input files (.pub): deleted within 24 hours of upload
  • Output files (PDF + IDML): deleted 48 hours after your job completes

We do not sell, share, or transfer your files or email address to third parties, except as necessary to operate the service (Stripe for payment, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for storage).

File storage

Files are stored in encrypted cloud storage (encrypted at rest and in transit). Files are accessed only by our automated conversion system and are not accessible to the public. All file transfers use HTTPS.

Analytics

We use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site:

  • Vercel Analytics — anonymized page view counts with no personally identifiable information and no cross-site tracking.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — page views, session data, and purchase confirmation events (order amount and a transaction identifier, no card or personal payment details). GA4 sets cookies in your browser and sends data to Google servers. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We do not run third-party advertising or marketing pixels directly on this site. If we link our GA4 property to a Google Ads account for conversion tracking, Google may receive de-identified conversion signals (such as that a purchase occurred and its value) through that GA4 integration — see Cookies below.

Cookies

We use functional cookies necessary to operate the site (session management) and cookies set by Google Analytics (GA4) to measure site usage. If our GA4 property is linked to a Google Ads account, that link may also set or read Ads-related cookies (such as Conversion Linker) to measure conversions or support other Google Ads features enabled on that account.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@publisherconversion.com. Because files are automatically deleted on short schedules, most data is already gone within 48 hours of your job completing.
